“Over 25 years ago I got the opportunity to participate in the Best Friends Gourmet Chefs Gala, an event put on by The Best Friends of Big Brothers and Big Sisters Waterloo. As a young chef’s apprentice this was a really cool opportunity to not just contribute to an important cause, but to be part of a larger community of chefs giving back through the power of breaking bread. This kickstarted a belief and understanding in me that food and the skills I had in the kitchen could reach way beyond the scope of the dining room.”

« Il y a plus de 25 ans, j’ai eu l’occasion de participer au Gala des chefs gourmets Best Friends, un événement organisé par The Best Friends of Big Brothers and Big Sisters Waterloo.
